PETER COOPER VILLAGE

We renovated the entirety of the landscape at Peter Cooper Village in New York City, from 1st Avenue to Avenue C and from 20th to 23rd Street in 2012. In the initial phase of the project, we began with segmented demolition. We added soil amendments, closely supervising the process of planting trees, shrubs and perennials. We provided irrigation and installed lush lawns and fencing while remaining respectful to the community’s residents.


Shortly after this renovation, superstorm Hurricane Sandy hit the tristate area, the East River engulfing our gorgeous new renovation at Peter Cooper Village. In the spirit that has defined Greengage for over half of a century, we rolled up our sleeves and restored the project back to its initial beauty.
